Job Description
Sales Agent at Forma Turismo, engaging with schools and managing educational travel products. Focusing on building relationships and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a sales-oriented mindset
- Sell Forma Turismo's products to a portfolio of partner schools
- Prospect new schools and present our packages and products during external visits
- Participate in meetings with groups of students and their guardians to align expectations, answer questions, and close sales
- Use CRM and SDR tools to record and track opportunities.
Requirements:
- Contract: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) — contracted as an independent contractor
- High school diploma (completed)
- Availability to travel
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a focus on targets and negotiation
- Sales experience is a plus.
