Job Description
Sales Development Representative responsible for building pipelines and closing deals in the home service sector. Remote role at a fast-growing startup impacting North America.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a scalable and repeatable outbound sales pipeline focused on cold calling.
- Understand customer objections and recommend tailored solutions effectively.
- Prepare customized proposals and close agreements through strategic cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying upselling and reselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve your KPIs/sales quotas through relentless cold-calling efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully sold directly to home service businesses (bonus if you currently own or have previously owned a home service business!).
- Proven track record as a cold calling expert, with demonstrated success in building your outreach sequences.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
