Job Description
Sales Development Representative at Buildern, promoting construction management solutions and booking meetings with Account Executives. Engage users, maintain CRM logs, and enhance outreach strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Contact new trial users promptly via email, phone, and other channels to introduce Buildern and guide their initial steps
- Conduct qualification calls to understand company size, workflows, pain points, and purchase readiness
- Re-engage old trial users who did not subscribe, identify past challenges, and communicate newly added product value
- Schedule high-quality meetings with Account Executives and ensure a smooth handoff
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to increase engagement and conversion
- Log all activities, notes, and lead insights in the CRM system
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to provide feedback on common objections, user needs, and trial behavior
- Contribute to improvements in outreach messaging, trial conversion processes, and lead nurturing workflows
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, SDR/BDR roles
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with confidence in phone outreach
- Understanding of the B2B SaaS market and the dynamics of software evaluation and purchasing
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and outreach tools
- Technical background or experience selling IT solutions is a strong plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
