Job Description
Sales Engineer responsible for product demonstrations and pre-sales support at Genetec. Collaborating with the sales team to design custom solutions for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product demonstrations for potential customers, consultants and channel partners
- Leverage our products to design custom solutions
- Assist the sales process by providing technical knowledge and architecture assessments
- Champion our products internally within the sales organization
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve our processes
- Deploy and manage proofs of concept for enterprise customers
- Availability to travel up to 50%
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2 years + technical enterprise pre-sales experience, previous experience in Technical Support or Field Services
- Possess exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Verbal and written communication in English, Spanish
- Additional language skills
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP configuration
- Experience with database concepts and client-server environments
- Experience with technical troubleshooting methods
- Experience with physical access control systems
- Experience with video management systems
- Experience with cloud-based technology and cybersecurity concepts
