Job Description
Sales Intern actively communicating with customers and learning sales management techniques at Weekday AI. Opportunity to convert to full-time role with hands-on training and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our customers, providing them with top-notch service while honing your sales skills
- Receive hands-on training
- Learn dynamic sales techniques
- Contribute to various sales management tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A keen interest in sales and sales management
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills that help build strong relationships
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Benefits:
- Stipend: ₹15,000 (fixed) + ₹5,000 (performance-based variable) per month
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Commitment: 6 days a week | 6-month duration
