Job Description
Sales Manager driving adoption and value delivery for Canva's suite of tools across South East Asia. Leading a high-impact team and navigating multi-stakeholder deals in a top-tier SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scale Canva Enterprise revenue across South East Asia with consistent, predictable execution
- Run structured tests, validate demand, and operationalise go‑to‑market for new segments and countries
- Manage multi‑stakeholder deals, align exec sponsors, and unblock procurement and security reviews across diverse regulatory environments
- Champion value delivery that leads to expansion and renewal outcomes in SEA accounts
- Implement playbooks, KPIs, and feedback loops to improve pipeline health and forecast accuracy
- Hire and be a hands-on coach with A‑players and develop future managers across the region
- Collaborate with SDR, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to amplify impact with localised motions
Requirements:
- You've successfully led high-performing sellers in a top-tier SaaS business
- You know how to attract, grow, and inspire A+ talent to deliver outstanding results
- You can ruthlessly prioritise effort with an eye toward business outcomes
- You’re practical, hands-on, and willing to lead from the front
- You make complex ideas simple, concise, and actionable
- You work independently, collaborate naturally, and thrive in ambiguity
- You move fast with a strong bias toward execution and impact
- You're confident owning pipeline, deal progression, and accurate forecasting from 0 to close
