Job Description
Sales Operations Analyst at Soligent managing sales-focused dashboards. Responsible for providing insights to sales, marketing, and operations leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining sales-focused dashboards via PowerBI
- Producing visually compelling reporting within specified cadences, as needed by business leaders
- Managing financial forecasts and sales projections based on available business data
- Analyzing data to evaluate monthly and annual sales and forecast goals
- Producing presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements
- Analyzing sales-related data trends and reporting key findings to leadership
- Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends
- Collaborating with managers and staff to implement financial plans
- Addressing requests for ad hoc data reporting needs
- Identifying, documenting, and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
- All other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Strong research and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, able to interact with cross-functional teams, and have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; customer service mindset required
- Proficiency with ERP a plus - NetSuite preferred
- Strong experience with business intelligence tools - PowerBI preferred.
- 2+ years of sales analysis experience required
- Previous general accounting or financial reporting experience
- In-depth Excel and/or Google Sheets knowledge
