Job Description

Merchandising representative for Mondelēz International, optimizing sales in stores through product activations and promotions. Focused on driving customer engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
  • Monitor shelves and product assortment.
  • Set up campaign displays and identify the best in-store locations.
  • Complete required administrative tasks.
  • Optimize the use of point-of-sale materials.
  • Be the customer’s preferred supplier.
  • Increase product and brand visibility in stores.

Requirements:

  • Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
  • Confident with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets
  • Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
