Job Description
Sales Representative focusing on export certification and customs services at SGS. Responsible for strategy planning, customer acquisition, and market analysis in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing and implementing sales strategies for the service portfolio with a focus on export certification and customs services
- Acquiring new customers, supporting and expanding existing customer relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Conducting market and competitor analyses to derive measures for revenue growth
- Preparing proposals and leading negotiations through to contract conclusion, including close collaboration with internal specialist departments
Requirements:
- Completed degree in economics/business administration or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in sales, including lead generation, pricing and contract negotiation
- Customer needs analysis
- Targeted, audience-appropriate communication
- Very good German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
- Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips; Class B driver's license
