Job Description
Managing Consultant for S/4 HANA Public Cloud Finance and Controlling at Westernacher in India. Implementing SAP FI/CO solutions and collaborating with various teams for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP FI/CO solutions in the SAP Public Cloud environment to meet client business requirements.
- Lead the design and configuration of SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial management, reporting, and controlling processes.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, and WM).
- Work on the integration of SAP FICO with third-party systems and external financial applications.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues related to SAP FICO functionality.
- Deliver end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Stay up-to-date on SAP Public Cloud features and capabilities, advising clients on new tools and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP.
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FI/CO solutions, ideally in the SAP Public Cloud environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and related modules (e.g., AA, COPA).
- Strong understanding of Accounting principles, financial processes, reporting, Treasury management and cost management practices.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Solid experience with SAP integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, and WM.
- Experience in SAP DDA / CBC / CALM / Activate
- Ability to design, configure, and implement solutions to meet complex client requirements.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other SAP Cloud tools is desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- SAP certification is a plus.
