Job Description
SAP HCM Payroll Consultant involved in payroll implementation projects. Configuring solutions and ensuring compliance with Portuguese regulations while collaborating with teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in multiple Portuguese payroll implementation projects
- Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll solutions according to client requirements
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese legal requirements in SAP
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and optimize processes
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Adapt to new technologies and methodologies as needed
Requirements:
- Between 2 and 6 years of experience in implementing SAP HCM Payroll (Schema, Rules, Functions)
- General knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Knowledge of Portuguese legal requirements in SAP
- English (minimum B2 level)
