SAP HCM Payroll Implementation Lead

Job Description
SAP HCM Payroll Implementation Lead collaborating with clients in Mexico. Guiding payroll configurations and ensuring compliance with local regulations in international workforce management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup
- Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
- Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
- Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams
- Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience
- proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations
- In-depth knowledge of Mexico payroll regulations
- Fluent in English and Spanish
