Job Description

SAP Integration Specialist role for a client in IT Services, focusing on SAP CPI and PI/PO integration. Collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact integration projects in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO.
  • Configure and manage integration protocols such as IDoc, SOAP, REST, RFC, and SFTP to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization of existing interfaces and workflows.
  • Work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation including technical specifications, test scripts, and operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing, process improvement, and best practices within the integration domain.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience working with SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Strong technical foundation in interface mapping, configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Deep understanding of integration standards and communication protocols: IDoc, REST, SOAP, RFC, SFTP.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration in a virtual team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple integration deliverables simultaneously.
