Job Description
Sales Specialist SAP responsible for promoting solutions to clients and managing the sales cycle. Join Inetum, a digital services leader in Europe, to drive digital transformation with SAP expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new high-potential clients, focusing on SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP Business One, etc.).
- Manage the entire sales cycle for SAP solutions: prospecting, qualification, presenting proposals, negotiation and closing.
- Analyze clients' business needs and recommend SAP solutions tailored to their challenges.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP projects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in industry events, webinars and conferences to stay up to date on SAP solution developments.
- Conduct competitive intelligence in the ERP and cloud solutions space.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Management or a related field (Bachelor's degree - Bac+3 to Master's degree - Bac+5, depending on experience).
- Previous experience in an IT services company (ESN), with a focus on selling technology or ERP solutions, preferably SAP.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions and the business processes they address (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand clients' technical needs.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in English is a plus, given the international scope of SAP projects.
