Job Description
Business Analyst managing Universal Claim File delivery to CVS Health's plan sponsors. Overseeing data analysis and collaborating with internal teams to improve health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Universal Claim File delivery to CVS Health's plan sponsors
- Oversee hundreds of file feeds between CVS Health and Plan Sponsors
- Provide insights into claim data to reduce medical expenses and raise health outcomes
- Communicate with business leaders to help translate requirements into functional specification
- Develop broad understanding of business logic and functionality of current systems
- Analyze data by running data analyses using internally-built systems and tools
- Manage a portfolio of clients receiving ongoing data
- Collaborate closely with other Analysts, Project Managers, and Account Management Teams
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of applicable work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data analysts, sales teams, and non-technical users
- Prior Healthcare Experience (Preferred)
- Querying Experience using SQL (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Required)
