Job Description
Senior Analyst focused on reporting and insights for healthcare at CVS Health. Utilizing data analytics to improve health outcomes and operational improvements within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making processes
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making processes
- Contribute to the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting phases of new projects
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency by implementing data management strategies and protocols
- Communicate effectively and lead meetings with stakeholders
- Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and establish clear metrics for measuring project success
- Help develop project plans, timelines, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines
Requirements:
- 3-5 years work experience with business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience working in data analytics in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs that resulted in material business successful outcomes
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with data preparation tools (Alteryx, Dataiku, SQL)
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
