Job Description
Business Operations Analyst contributing to process improvement and performance optimization in virtual healthcare services. Collaborating with teams and preparing data analysis for management.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement (e.g., member engagement, scheduling processes)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assist in implementing business initiatives and operational changes
- Support the launch and scale of new services and partnerships through preliminary research and data analysis
- Assist in evaluating and adopting tools and systems that improve operational workflows
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and basic key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review
- Contribute to financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting under guidance from senior team members
- Work effectively as part of a team, while demonstrating initiative and accountability in assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of three years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar support role
- Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, and/or virtual care
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (such as PowerBI)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment
