Job Description
Senior Compensation Consultant managing compensation design and administration at Providence. Ensuring competitive, equitable compensation through expert consultation and market analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer Providence’s union and non-union compensation programs
- Provide expert consultation to HR and management on compensation matters
- Conduct research and analysis of market survey data and trends
- Evaluate new and existing roles to determine appropriate job level and pay
- Collaborate with HR and management on projects
Requirements:
- 5 years compensation experience including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems
- Understanding of wage & hour laws and exempt classifications
- Consulting and advising on all areas of compensation management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred)
- Compensation experience at a healthcare employer strongly preferred
- Experience supporting union bargaining, including costing and modeling (preferred)
