Job Description
Consultant Solution Dynamics 365 CRM Senior role at Inetum. Focused on implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Serve as the technical and functional lead for teams and clients.
- Design technical architectures and CRM data models.
- Perform advanced configuration, custom development (C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Power Automate), and external integrations.
- Manage migration projects (On-Premises to Cloud, version upgrades).
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with Microsoft standards.
- Train and mentor junior consultants to support their professional development.
- Provide level 3 support and contribute to functional enhancements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience on Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Advanced configuration skills in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Development experience with C#, JavaScript, Plugins, and Power Automate.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, middleware, and external integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Proven expertise in migration projects (On-Premises to Cloud, version upgrades).
- Strong understanding of customer relationship business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Success by Design.
- Technical leadership and a team-player mindset.
- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English).
