Job Description
Consultant en stratégie et transformation, contribuant aux projets dans les services financiers. Encadrant des missions autour de la Data, ESG et de l'innovation stratégique.
Responsibilities:
- Define, lead and implement Data strategy in collaboration with Chief Data Officers
- Identify and implement Data/AI use cases
- Develop Data service offerings
- Lead scoping engagements on Data governance
- Participate in the scoping and implementation of transformation programs across business functions
- Assess ESG impacts across the value chain of distribution, marketing, risk, reporting, etc.
- Help align operating models with regulatory constraints
- Develop data and AI use cases for the bank’s control functions
- Support CIOs and business lines in defining their new technology frontier
- Contribute to the transition to the Cloud
Requirements:
- Degree from a top business school, engineering school, IEP or leading university
- One or more significant consulting experiences in financial services
- Strong interest and skills in digital technologies, new tech and innovation
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with good interpersonal and presentation/teaching abilities
