Job Description
Senior Creator Manager driving brand growth through creators across multiple markets in social gaming. Collaborating to develop long-term creator strategies and manage brand initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overarching creator strategy across all brands, shaping how creators drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition throughout the funnel.
- Define the creator portfolio mix (macro, mid-tier, micro, streamers, influencers) to meet brand and performance objectives.
- Build and refine the creator operating model including sourcing frameworks, contracting structures, compensation models, content guidelines, and performance levers.
- Identify new growth opportunities across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms to increase scale and competitive advantage.
- Build and manage high-value relationships with creators, streamer talent, agencies, and management teams—focusing on long-term partnership health and predictable output.
- Oversee the end-to-end creator lifecycle: sourcing, strategic planning, vetting, negotiation, briefing, activation, optimization, and ongoing iteration.
- Develop a reporting and tracking solution, using both existing and exploring new tools, to allow campaign KP measurements from soft awareness numbers to clicks and conversions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Performance channel owners, CRM, Creative, BI/Analytics, and Product to ensure creator initiatives ladder into broader channel strategies and business goals.
- Develop and champion a rigorous testing agenda for formats, hooks, creators, and integrations across paid and organic distribon.
- Ensure all creator content adheres to regulatory, platform, and market-specific compliance requirements for social casino.
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience leading influencer/creator/streamer programs end-to-end, ideally within gaming, social casino, iGaming, entertainment, or mobile apps.
- Demonstrated success running performance-driven creator programs with measurable KPIs (CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS).
- Strong expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English.
