Job Description
Lead enterprise customer success as a trusted advisor for Socure. Build relationships, coordinate success and ensure measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for enterprise customers
- Lead joint success planning to align customer goals with solutions
- Manage customer engagement and foster advocacy
- Own the holistic view of account health to mitigate churn
- Mentor junior teammates and channel customer feedback into product innovation
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise customer success management
- Ability to build trusted relationships with executives
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze customer health data and provide insights
- Experience in change management and benchmarking
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Familiarity with data-driven business reviews
