Lead enterprise customer success as a trusted advisor for Socure. Build relationships, coordinate success and ensure measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for enterprise customers
  • Lead joint success planning to align customer goals with solutions
  • Manage customer engagement and foster advocacy
  • Own the holistic view of account health to mitigate churn
  • Mentor junior teammates and channel customer feedback into product innovation

  • Experience in enterprise customer success management
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executives
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze customer health data and provide insights
  • Experience in change management and benchmarking
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills
  • Familiarity with data-driven business reviews
