Job Description
Senior Director Analyst at Gartner applying AI to drive insights and strategies for global organizations. Leading innovative analysis and market predictions for business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged insights content
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
- Research, analyze and predict market trends
- Provide clients with actionable advice through virtual or face-to-face interactions
- Create and deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events
- Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Proven software engineering leadership experience
- Deep expertise in software engineering strategy and operating models
- Hands-on expertise in AI-augmented software development
- Advanced knowledge of AI application development
- Strong written and verbal proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Subject matter expertise in the global and competitive landscape
