Job Description
Senior Director managing strategic business initiatives for Centene. Developing digital strategies to enhance provider experience and improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct strategic business initiatives within product offerings, management, development, and enhancement
- Lead Centene’s provider-facing digital strategy to enhance provider experience, improve performance, and reduce administrative burden
- Own the development and execution of a comprehensive roadmap for digital capabilities—including portals, CRM integration, and interoperability
- Develop and lead long-term product development and enhancement initiatives that cross and/or integrate product portfolios
- Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into all products during the product development process
- Assist with forecasting and financial planning to support funding and sustainability of Centene’s digital provider strategy
- Identify and support the integration of duplicative products/interventions across all business units
- Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services across all product portfolios
- Represent provider needs in enterprise-level planning and decision-making forums
- Support sales and client services across all business units with product customization
- Support in the financial analysis of product performance while ensuring documented value propositions and financial performance parameters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- 7+ years of product development/management or related experience
- Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials
- Experience across different market segments and product types
- 5+ years in digital strategy, provider experience, or healthcare technology leadership roles preferred
- Strong understanding of provider workflows, interoperability standards, and CRM platforms preferred
- Practice operations or managed care experience preferred
