Job Description
Senior Engineering Manager overseeing agile delivery teams and coaching development talent. Working remotely in Colombia or Costa Rica, fostering technical direction and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead agile delivery pods ensuring timely delivery
- Coach and mentor tech leads and product owners
- Set technical direction and oversee program level planning
- Communicate business needs and technology implications to stakeholders
- Drive adoption of engineering practices and metrics
- Own delivery reporting and provide updates on engineering productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Delivery Manager
- 7+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in engineering management
- Strong architectural knowledge
- Familiarity with AI/ML and DevOps practices
- Solid knowledge of Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL
