Recruiter and Business Development Manager at Nobilis Talent Partners. Focused on building client relationships and executing full-cycle recruiting processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and engage new clients through targeted outreach and research.

  • Deal Strategy & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle and close agreements that support long-term success.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution: Oversee end-to-end recruiting, ensuring smooth interviews and successful placements.

  • Experienced full-desk recruiter with a proven track record in client acquisition.
