Job Description
Senior Fullstack Developer at CI&T leading design and development of web applications with Node.js and JavaScript frameworks in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and Angular, alongside backend technologies like Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions, including building and maintaining data-driven API platforms.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Lead best practices for software development, ensuring clean code and adherence to architectural principles, including micro-service and monolithic architecture patterns.
- Create and manage backend APIs, integrating with AWS cloud services such as RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through testing and quality practices, including unit testing (Jest, Mocha, etc.) and test-driven development methodologies.
- Design and maintain database architectures, working with both relational (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in full stack development, with proficiency in JavaScript libraries such as React, Angular, and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of backend development using Node.js.
- Experience with API development and integration, particularly in data-driven applications.
- Familiarity with Git version control systems.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing) is essential; fluent English is preferred.
- Experience with Agile software engineering methodologies.
