Job Description
Senior Manager overseeing indirect tax service delivery for Corporates customers at Thomson Reuters. Leading a team to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and execution to deliver professional services to Corporates IDT customers
- Manage a team of consultants for development and customer delivery
- Performance management, coaching, mentorship, and training
- Provide leadership of the IDT team for consulting delivery
- Responsible for consultant utilization and revenue of IDT services
- Support staffing strategy and execution of global services model
- Develop operationalized service offerings and pricing standards
- Drive attainment of IDT financial targets
- Support continuous improvement in customer service experience
Requirements:
- 7+ years of indirect tax implementation / consulting experience
- 10+ years of experience preferred
- 7+ years with large enterprise software systems
- 10+ years preferred
- Consulting management experience preferred
- ERP system and integration knowledge (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred
- In-depth experience with cross-functional teams
