Job Description
Senior Java Developer leading backend development and API design for a tech company in Brazil. Focused on scalable solutions and collaboration with QA and business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for the analysis, development, and maintenance of Java solutions
- Design and develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs
- Conduct code reviews and support code standardization
- Collaborate with business teams and software architecture
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field
- Experience as a senior Java developer with a focus on backend and microservices
- API development using Spring Boot and Quarkus
- Experience building microservices with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong practices in automated testing and clean code
