Job Description
Loan Support Analyst Sr reviewing documentation for commercial equipment finance draws at PNC. Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Review documentation and conduct due diligence of commercial equipment finance draws, consisting of but not limited to term notes, security agreements, power of attorney, loan fee and disbursement authorization
- Gather necessary info and/or make corrections and submit to QC for final review, prior to release to Equipment Finance Sales, so funds can be released
- Execute varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures
- May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas
- Processes and/or reconciles varied and complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Partner with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions
- Identify and may resolve exceptions; escalate appropriately
- Ensure the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions
- May assist with training/coaching of new hires
- May serve as a subject matter resource for the team
- Complete research and provide feedback on workflow and work received
- Review transactions and related documents and verify work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Preferred to have a current or prior knowledge and experience within CLLO
- Working experience with Excel
- Knowledge of different applications within CLLO, such as but not limited to CSX, Leasewave, CLASS, ACBS, and WI
- Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role
- Typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
