Job Description
Senior Manager, Events Marketing leading the vision and execution of event programs across Campaign Monitor and Emma. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive engagement and measurable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated events strategy that aligns with business goals, blending in-person conferences, virtual experiences, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, overseeing logistics, creative concepts, booth design, and cross-functional coordination to deliver standout brand experiences.
- Partner with Sales and Demand Generation teams to target the right audiences, maximize engagement, and convert event interactions into qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Design pre- and post-event campaigns that create buzz, drive attendance, and nurture leads through tailored follow-up and content experiences.
- Measure and optimize performance, defining KPIs, analyzing event ROI, and applying insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.
- Represent Marigold brands at key industry events, building relationships with event organizers and staying ahead of emerging trends in marketing and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in event management, field marketing, or event marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale in-person and virtual events, delivering measurable ROI and brand impact.
- Highly skilled in project and budget management, with a track record of balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborator with exceptional cross-functional and vendor management skills, fostering alignment across teams and partners.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, with experience using event and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24, WebEx) to track performance and optimize results.
