Job Description
Senior Professional Services Manager leading SASE Professional Services Consultants to deliver high-quality security solutions. Driving operational excellence and building strong customer relationships for success and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-performing team of SASE Professional Services Consultants
- Drive the overall professional services business and provide expert oversight
- Ensure high-quality delivery of SASE security solutions
- Build strong, trusted relationships with sales and support teams
- Collaborate with sales leadership to enable client success
- Act as the Professional Services liaison for customer escalations
- Drive operational excellence and ensure consistent operational discipline
Requirements:
- 7+ years leading and scaling Professional Services or Customer Success teams
- 5+ years of management role overseeing technical consultants, architects, Customer Success Engineers
- Proven expertise in managing the full Professional Services lifecycle
- Strong foundational understanding of Internet security concepts and products
- Demonstrated experience running a profitable Professional Services or Customer Success business
- Experience with Professional Services Automation tools (e.g., Clarizen, Certina, Kantata)
- Experience with Sales Management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP and/or PMP highly desirable
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically to customer sites.
