Job Description
Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics at CVS Health leading a Scrum team for scalable reporting solutions and actionable insights. Aligning business intelligence and analytics capabilities with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional agile team of developers and QA analysts
- Define product vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlog, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices in modeling, visualization, and performance optimization
- Track KPIs and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality and velocity
- Promote innovation through modern BI tools, cloud technologies, and automation
Requirements:
- 15+ years in data engineering, analytics, BI, or reporting
- 5+ years in leadership managing agile teams (Scrum/SAFe)
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills for relational and cloud databases
- Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and big data technologies
- Proficiency in GCP and modern data architectures
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
