Job Description

Senior Marketing Operations Specialist maintaining Marketo and integrating with marketing tech stack for B2B strategies. Overseeing campaign performance and ensuring collaborative processes with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and related integrations and data sources (Salesforce, Zoom, CVENT, On24, etc.)
  • Maintain Marketo configurations to support complex marketing workflows within lead scoring (lifecycle, consent management, data management, etc.)
  • Lead integration projects considering, API call, & sync strategy for Marketo and all marketing technologies to maintain processing efficiencies
  • Use data-driven insights and experience to recommend optimizations to Marketo configurations
  • Continually recommend campaign process optimization projects with feedback and first-hand experience
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Understand data orchestration and reporting and how campaign operations and set up feed into performance management for the company
  • Report system gaps and help diagnose system bugs, suggest solutions and implement updates to technical setup
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns within SLAs, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and measurement of KPIs
  • Build relationships and collaboration between marketing, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure a foundational partnership with all teams
  • Work cross-functionally to determine new processes and needs of cross-functional teams, mainly Marketing and Sales and lead handoff to provide solutions and optimizations

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations
  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • 3+ years experience as a Marketo administrator
  • knowledge in building and deploying Marketo campaigns that leverage various capabilities such as lead scoring, lead nurturing, dynamic content, and analytics
  • A working knowledge of data retention practices and privacy laws, including CASL, GDPR and CCPA a plus.
  • Experience implementing UTM tracking and tagging requirements to support analytics and reporting activities across all digital channels
  • Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to multi-task across projects with varying deadlines.
