Job Description
PCP Analyst handling production planning and control duties with emphasis on efficiency optimization. Join Brazil's largest airline committed to growth and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient production planning and control, guaranteeing deadlines are met, optimizing resources and aligning activities with the company’s strategic objectives;
- Create and monitor Operational Integrity indicators (TAT, production efficiency, capacity, etc.) and propose corrective action plans;
- Review and optimize PCP processes, ensuring integration with Purchasing, Logistics and Sales;
- Use advanced tools (ERP, MRP, Excel, Power BI) for analysis and decision-making;
- Act as a technical process reference for other analysts in the department, providing guidance to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Aeronautical Sciences or a related field;
- Advanced English;
- Knowledge of advanced tools (Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, SQL, integrated systems);
- Availability to work nights and weekends (required);
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis;
- Basic aircraft maintenance course (will be considered a plus).
