Job Description
Senior Project Director managing SAP Ariba projects for multiple countries in the Group. Leading organizational and implementation tasks with a focus on technology development and AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of organizing, steering and delivering the Group's various projects.
- Work primarily with the SAP Ariba solution already deployed across the Group's seven countries.
- Involvement in dedicated SAP Ariba projects such as integrating CAPEX spend management for Romania.
- Lead projects related to AI as well as security and new data requirements planned for 2026.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in IT, or significant equivalent professional experience.
- More than 7 years' experience.
- Experience in retail or large-scale distribution is a plus.
- Execution of the DANM roadmap.
- Coordination and management between stakeholders (Business, local IT and global IT).
- Project risk assessment and monitoring (costs, timelines, etc.).
- Preparation of detailed schedules.
- Establishment of project structures: methodologies, control tools and KPIs.
- Team mobilization.
- Monitoring and management of schedules, delivery and IT budget with a strong emphasis on meeting commitments.
- Priority management.
- Ensure reporting and communication for the scope.
- Consolidate and escalate risks.
- Organize and lead project steering committees.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies: V-model and Agile (Scrum).
- Knowledge of e-procurement with SAP Ariba.
- Mastery of non-merchandise procurement processes and related accounting processes.
- Techno-functional knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and S2C (Source-to-Contract) processes.
- Knowledge of the retail business would be a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse, multicultural stakeholders.
