Job Description
Senior Project Manager responsible for supporting strategic and operational objectives of Revenue Cycle operations. Engaging in data analysis and facilitation of business process design.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting business processes needed to meet the strategic and operational objectives of Revenue Cycle operations
- Data analysis for process improvement
- Leading strategic and operational meetings across the markets
- Collaborating with market leaders on presentations to Executive Leadership
- Facilitating business process design and research efforts leading to documentation of both current and future states, business requirements, data flow diagrams, report specifications, enhancements, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Training in project management, change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. PMP/PMI, Agile, CAP, Workout, Six Sigma, LEAN, CQIA, etc.)
- 5 years of experience Project management experience managing complex projects and/or programs using PM methodologies and software, managing projects with multiple project teams, managing process standards and project objectives
- 5 years of presentation and facilitation experience. Experience making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.
