Job Description
Senior Scrum Master facilitating Agile transformation and Scrum implementation in tech consulting. Working with international clients in electric engineering and technology sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce and enforce structured Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices across the team
- Manage and update product backlog in collaboration with Product Owner
- Act as facilitator between dev team and stakeholders
- Guide the team in Agile transformation and process improvement
- Monitor sprint progress and remove impediments
- Contribute to product vision and continuous enhancement through collaborative work with UX, Product Manager, and business teams
Requirements:
- Engineer or Master's degree in an IT-related field
- More than 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in Agile coaching and Scrum implementation
- Mastery of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Sprint planning, review, and retrospective facilitation
- Team coaching and Agile process enforcement
- Product backlog management
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Fluent in French and English
