Job Description
Chef de projet ServiceNow gérant l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets ServiceNow chez Inetum. Collaboration avec les parties prenantes et mise en œuvre de solutions conformes aux normes de l'industrie.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire ServiceNow project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including schedule, budget and resources.
- Lead and motivate a team of ServiceNow consultants and/or developers.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
- Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders.
- Implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project manager, ideally in IT service management.
- Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including its key modules and features.
- Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management and task-tracking tools.
- Bilingual French/English (or another relevant language).
