Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer trusted technical advisor for HubSpot customers in Australia. Collaborating with Sales teams to design and implement solutions that address customer business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor helping customers unlock the full power of HubSpot.
- Partner closely with our Sales teams to design solutions that solve real business problems — from integration and data migration to custom technical architecture.
- Guide customers through complex topics like integration, data migration, and technical scalability with confidence and clarity.
- Share insights and feedback with Product teams to help shape the future of HubSpot.
- Mentor Account Executives on HubSpot’s capabilities so they can confidently position our solutions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers from around the world to share ideas, improve processes, and drive better customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Have 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions/Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, etc.)
- Are a natural storyteller who can bring technical concepts to life for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Are customer-obsessed, always focused on delivering measurable impact
- Love solving problems and turning challenges into opportunities
- Enjoy collaborating in an inclusive, supportive team environment
- Have hands-on experience with API integrations, data migrations, and solution architecture (familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a bonus!)
