Job Description
Sr. Director of Enterprise Accounts at Medtronic managing senior customer relationships and driving revenue growth. Focused on developing strategies leveraging Medtronic’s portfolio for account-specific needs.
Responsibilities:
- Establish trusted partnerships with important customers
- Develop Administrative and C-Suite relationships
- Drive Medtronic product and service revenue and market share
- Develop specific strategies that leverage Medtronic’s portfolio
- Ensure alignment and execution of enterprise-level agreements
- Responsible for understanding assigned account’s strategic priorities
- Develop and maintain Medtronic business strategic relationships at Senior/C-Suite level
- Build and lead high performance account teams
- Manage account/customer plans that deliver expected growth objectives
- Gather local insights, competitive tracking, and market share checking
- Collaborate with local OUs, Service & Solutions, and other Medtronic stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business (preferably), science, medicine or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years relevant sales experience for a bachelor’s degree or minimum 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Business management experience in senior and complex roles.
- Previous experience working in a regulated industry in Medical Device, Healthcare or Pharma in a multinational environment with a significant matrix component
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed
