Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist driving recruitment strategy for Sales in North America. Partnering closely with regional leadership to define hiring needs and optimise recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a North America recruitment pipeline strategy, particularly for high-impact commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Business Development, Client Services, Account Management).
  • Develop long-term pools of active and passive sales talent, using advanced sourcing methods, market mapping, and competitor intelligence.
  • Partner with regional leaders to forecast hiring needs and design tailored talent attraction strategies.
  • Own the full hiring lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding transitions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Track, analyse, and report hiring metrics to drive decision-making and continuous optimisation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT consulting, or high-growth technology-driven businesses.
  • Proven track record recruiting sales, business development and commercial roles in competitive, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building strategic talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital attraction strategies.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset; comfortable working autonomously and driving initiatives.
  • Experience hiring across the US and Mexico is highly desirable.
  • Spanish language skills are not mandatory, but are a plus.
