Job Description
Temporary Technical Product Trainer and Instructor Led Training Development Specialist at RTX. Collaborating with engineers to support air traffic management training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, verify, review, and deliver e-Learning and Instructor-Led training materials.
- Create training plans, slide packages, student guides, instructor guides, lab guides, written exams, performance exams, and more.
- Work on hardware and software in a laboratory environment to gather data, verify procedures and training materials.
- Maintain training materials and oversee configuration management of source materials.
- Perform regular training development status updates and ensure continued, effective communication with team and program leads.
- Travel to RTX and customer sites as needed.
Requirements:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience creating training materials using Adobe Authorware.
- Experience with performing work related to Operations and Maintenance of Air Traffic Control systems
- Experience editing and creating graphics using Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- U.S. Citizenship Required as Only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under these programs/contract
