Job Description

Senior User Acquisition Manager responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns for a gaming studio. Collaborating with a team to analyze performance and drive strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the UA team to build a world-class user acquisition department.
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, video networks and incentivized traffic.
  • Monitor key metrics to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Close collaboration with the creative team to design and test engaging ad content and strategies.
  • Set budgets, forecast performance and ensure campaigns stay on track.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights to drive future growth.
  • Manage relationships with advertising platforms and media agencies to maximize results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting competitor analysis and identifying new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in user acquisition and performance marketing.
  • Several years of professional experience in gaming/entertainment industry, a passion for gaming across all genres.
  • A completed Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing or related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Good understanding of marketing attribution.
  • Strong understanding of the customer development lifecycle from acquisition to retention and reactivation, including lifetime value (LTV) measurement and optimization to customer quality.
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills; a good knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a results-oriented manner.
  • Experience in bringing new mobile games to market preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners in a remote environment.
