Job Description
Service Manager/Band 6 Nurse leading virtual healthcare team for Xyla healthcare services. Ensuring efficiency and clinical governance in a remote healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise virtual healthcare services, ensuring clinical governance and best practice.
- Act as the main escalation point for operational and clinical queries.
- Manage day-to-day operations, maintaining resilience during peak activity.
- Drive service improvements to enhance patient experience, efficiency, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the Contract Director to uphold standards and satisfaction.
- Respond quickly to clinical or technical issues to ensure safety and service continuity.
- Promote our Vision, Mission, and Values through positive leadership.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse or other advanced practitioner with current NMC/HCPC registration
- Strong leadership and management skills within a healthcare setting.
- Experience in virtual or remote healthcare delivery is desirable.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Passionate about digital innovation and improving patient outcomes.
