Social Media Marketing Specialist creating and managing campaigns across various digital channels for innovative digital solutions firm. Focused on brand engagement and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each social platform.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster engagement and build relationships.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve performance.
- Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social).
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Experience creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization is a plus.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills.
