Job Description
Salesforce Developer enhancing CRM capabilities for First American's Direct Division. Configuring Salesforce solutions and developing Lightning Web Components to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in advancing the Direct Division’s CRM capabilities by leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support evolving business and operational needs
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions following a “configuration-before-code” philosophy
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems and tools
- Leverage Agentforce and Data Cloud to design intelligent workflows and AI-driven automations
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and custom applications
- Build and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and controllers
- Monitor and optimize system performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in data operations, analytics, security, and DevOps
- Manage and reduce technical debt
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of declarative tools and core platform capabilities
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration and development, including flows, validation rules, custom metadata, connected apps, and user permissions
- Experience building Lightning Web Components, APEX classes, triggers, and API integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud concepts
- Exposure to Agentforce or other AI-driven Salesforce tools
- Working knowledge of data integration tools and patterns
