Job Description

Business Development Specialist managing international licensing operations for a football platform. Collaborating with executive leadership and ensuring successful sales processes while maintaining pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the CEO, Executive Director, as well as a small global team.
  • Overseeing the lead generation process and channels, ensuring the targeted number of leads come in
  • Maintaining and updating the license pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, setting appointments, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover to License Success once a new partner is signed.
  • Manage other ad hoc projects and workstreams as directed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in international B2B sales: lead generation and pipeline management
  • Experience in international license or FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT
  • Experience in other project management and administrative work
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
  • Interest in football is a BIG PLUS
  • Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS
  • Hospitality experience a PLUS
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Notion, and/or Slack a PLUS
  • Experience supervising others a PLUS (if and as the team grows)
