Job Description
Business Development Specialist managing international licensing operations for a football platform. Collaborating with executive leadership and ensuring successful sales processes while maintaining pipeline management.
Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the CEO, Executive Director, as well as a small global team.
- Overseeing the lead generation process and channels, ensuring the targeted number of leads come in
- Maintaining and updating the license pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, setting appointments, and reporting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover to License Success once a new partner is signed.
- Manage other ad hoc projects and workstreams as directed.
Requirements:
- Experience in international B2B sales: lead generation and pipeline management
- Experience in international license or FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT
- Experience in other project management and administrative work
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service
- Positive attitude and team player
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
- Interest in football is a BIG PLUS
- Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS
- Hospitality experience a PLUS
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Notion, and/or Slack a PLUS
- Experience supervising others a PLUS (if and as the team grows)
