Job Description
Management of risk practices at Grupo Boticário. Propose and implement risk management processes and ensure compliance with risk structures.
Responsibilities:
- Assess existing risk management practices and processes, ensuring the risk management framework remains appropriate to the organization's context, identifying gaps and addressing them across the framework (Integration, Design, Implementation, Evaluation and Improvement);
- Actively participate in the analysis, assessment and measurement of the company's corporate risks; monitor action plans and KRIs;
- Research, stay up to date and assess the impacts of emerging risks on Grupo Boticário's structures;
- Seek risk management best practices; propose and implement improvements to these processes across the company;
- Implement a robust Risk Management process in each of Grupo Boticário's Vice Presidencies, proposing risk management best practices so the first line can manage their risks and keep their risk matrices updated in accordance with their daily processes and risks;
- Map corporate risks in the processes of back-office and business areas;
- Keep risk matrices up to date by conducting risk analysis and assessment together with the areas;
- Identify internal controls and evaluate the adequacy of control designs for the mapped risks;
- Support the areas and assess action plans developed to mitigate risks;
- Support Internal Audit in building process and risk mappings for risk-based audit execution;
- Identify opportunities to create KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) for corporate risks and for assessed processes;
- Develop dashboards to monitor corporate risks.
- Support Internal Controls and Internal Audit areas in implementing Automated Controls for the organization's key processes;
- Actively and proactively participate in shaping the Risk Management area's short- and long-term planning, keeping Grupo Boticário at the forefront of risk and control governance.
Requirements:
- Experience in transformation and change of GRC areas and in defining risk and control focal points on the first line;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in functions related to risk management, internal controls and/or internal/external audit;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
- Previous experience with Process Mapping and assessment of inherent and residual risks;
- Proficiency with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Apps Script, Forms, Sites);
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with database tools, statistical software (SPSS, IDEA, ACL, etc.) and ERP tools for internal audit, risk management and internal controls;
- Experience in Transformation and Change management;
- Investigative mindset and a continuous drive for innovation and best practices in Risk Management;
- Studious, strategic, critical and analytical profile;
- Resilience under pressure;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Data-driven mindset, data analysis and AI applied to GRC;
- Active participation in modeling or remodeling Risk Management areas, with clear use of Change, Transformation and Collaboration skills;
- Experience implementing first-line risk focal points;
- Experience in risk management or internal controls within Industry and Distribution;
- Knowledge of IIA, COSO, SOX and ISO 31000 methodologies.
