Job Description
Staff Consultant -- Business Analyst role requiring manufacturing domain experience. Engaging with stakeholders to document and clarify business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements
- Document requirements in Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, and use cases
- Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze proposed solutions for alignment with business objectives and identify gaps
- Communicate requirements clearly between business and technical teams
- Map current and future business processes and recommend optimizations
- Support change management by assessing impacts and updating documentation
- Define test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate delivered solutions
- Track progress of BA tasks and report status to project management
- Prepare user manuals, deliver training, and ensure knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Should have manufacturing domain experience
- Engage with stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirements
